| Special galleries are suffixed with a SG notation in their description.
SG galleries do not contain any visible watermarks. However
invisible watermarks may be present.
In some special galleries, the available photo resolution, without
charge, is 640 x 480 pixels. In other special galleries, the available
free resolution is 320 x 240 pixels. In these later special galleries,
a larger size picture, usually 2560 x 1920 pixels, is immediately available
online for a fee. For the later galleries, refer to the lower portion
of each picture page for payment and download instructions.
Use of pictures in these special galleries is dependent upon the honor
system. Considerable expense goes to producing these galleries
and their images are copyrighted. Therefore some simple rules apply
when taking pictures. Prior to downloading a image you must read and
compy with the following special gallery policies: "Free
and Personal Use" and "Commerical
(Business) Use"
Special Policy Cases: These special gallery pictures are also available
to the customers who have purchased a membership or a CDROM.
But the policies that apply to these particular customers are the same as
the regular galleries. For these special cases refer to the regular
gallery "Use Terms" and "Releases"
pages. These customers do not have to make any payments for pictures
they take from these galleries.

Special Galleries
(Those Without Visible Watermarks)
Free & Personal Use Policy
Good news the first picture you take from the
Special Galleries (SG) (galleries without watermarks) is free.
Provided that you take it for personal use or for
non-profit organization use. You may use it freely on websites, in
documents, in presentations, etc. But you must meet the following
simple requirements.

We do require that you put a copyright notice on your work.
This will protect you and assure us that no one else can legally
take these pictures and sell them for profit. A simple copyright
notice will suffice. Something similar to "Copyright © 2006
your name." See the bottom of this
page for an example.

For websites, we request a picture
credit containing a
link back to this site, from your site. For example you could put
the picture credit just below the picture's title. The text of the
credit could be setup to be a hyperlink back to this site. For an
example of this, refer to the second picture (of an red anthirium flower)

pictures used on your own web server. Please do not
